This is an easy meal prep item and very nutritious! You will need
-Glass jar with lid
-oatmeal ( I love One Degree as it is glyphostate free)
-Your fave milk (my fave is almond milk)
-optional nuts & seeds (i.e walnuts & chia seeds or flax seeds)
-berries, your fave kind
-maple syrup or honey for a sweet touch
Add all of those items in your glass jar, put the lid on & shake it up. Store in the fridge ove
